In this work, we glimpse a green sunset. Why do I feel the need to reference nature when I see images that are nothing but blotches and traces? Perhaps because I know that in this work, a landscape is captured, the Gulf of Naples, which, when seen from above, appears as an extraordinarily flat expanse, stretching from the foot of the volcano to the sea.
