And here is almost the sea all around with this blue outline that turns black at night. Here you find yourself in another world. It is absolutely unthinkable to connect images and colors like these to fireworks. There’s no more fire, almost no more fireworks. It is simply something related to nature. One thinks of a floral explosion, one thinks of Tachisme, one always thinks of a pictorial movement. If you look in detail, small lights can be seen similar to those you see from the top of Vesuvius when looking at Naples by night. And these little lights, they are the everyday lights, to which is added the explosion of fireworks. But you don't see that here. The image has taken on total freedom.
