In this photograph, everything seems to gather into a vast blue field, crossed by white droplets, white here being the temperature of cold, like icy water struck by speed. Taken in the pitch-black night of December 31, the image captures the moment when the sky dissolves into darkness. By stretching the colours to their threshold, the photographer draws the blues out of the black itself, pushing them until a blue light - the blue- emerges from within the night. The movement of the explosion no longer rises upward but folds inward, into the deep stillness of colour. A dense silence seems to echo within the world’s own reflection. Blue awakens an ancient imagination: rain pricking the surface of lakes, water answering water, sprays born from invisible forces. Blue and white, sky and water, transparency and abyss, become the threshold of waiting and silence, where matter melts into light.Napex 251004
