NYA – Now Your Art is a technological platform that, through cultural games, offers cultural tourists and art enthusiasts the opportunity to create their own original artwork by virtually exploring landscapes and renowned works of art. The artwork created can be immediately shared online and purchased as a fine art print.
Artworks generated during the NYA – Now Your Art experience, within the Napoli Explosion exhibition, are produced using a proprietary technology owned by Napex S.r.l. While acknowledging the visitor’s active role in the creative process, all rights to the image remain the exclusive property of Napex S.r.l. The purchase of a Fine Art print does not entail any transfer of usage or copyright rights in the artwork. The purchaser is granted solely the right to possess the physical print for personal, non-commercial use. Any reproduction, commercial distribution, or modification of the image is prohibited without prior written authorization.
